About Mary Margaret Burch
Mary Margaret Burch is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in both conventional and integrative medicine. With over a decade of experience providing holistic primary and complex care for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—she is committed to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
Before becoming a nurse, Mary Margaret spent 15 years in Social Services, offering case management and support to diverse populations, including adults with severe mental illness (SMI). This background gives her a unique, empathetic perspective on mental and behavioral health as part of whole-person care.
Her clinical journey includes over six years in an acute care hospital setting, where she advanced from bedside nurse to nurse clinician and educator, training other healthcare professionals. In every role, Mary Margaret has demonstrated a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care with a personal touch.
A Passion for Integrative Medicine
Mary Margaret’s commitment to integrative healthcare was born from a personal journey—navigating complex health challenges faced by her two children. Through this experience, she gained firsthand insight into the power of holistic, root-cause-focused medicine. Today, she leverages a broad spectrum of tools—from conventional therapies to lifestyle, nutrition, and functional approaches—to support each patient’s unique healing path.
She views her patients like extended family and works collaboratively with them to find the most effective, individualized care plans using conventional medicine, integrative therapies, and preventative approaches.
